By placing an order on Welcona, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1Accurate Information
Customer must provide accurate and complete information while placing an order. Welcona is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.
2No Refunds & No Cancellations
Money is not refundable and orders are not cancelable once the order has been placed. Please verify your order carefully before completing checkout.
3Delivery & Pickup Policy (NOT FREE)
⚠️ NOTICE: Delivery is NOT free. Welcona charges strictly for products, not for delivery. However, delivery costs must be paid. Whether you pick up the items yourself or ask us to arrange local transport (e.g. Porter/Dunzo) on your behalf, you are solely responsible for paying the delivery charges directly to the delivery agent or driver. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically as per Quantity, Weight, Size & Distance.
All delivery arrangements must be discussed, coordinated, and fully understood BEFORE placing your order. We offer two collection/logistics options:
- Customer Warehouse Pickup: You can choose to collect your items directly from our premises within 7 working days (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM). Any local loading, packing or delivery driver hire costs are payable by you directly to the handler as per Quantity, Weight, Size & Distance. Items not collected within 7 days will be returned to inventory and payments are not refundable.
- Third-Party Courier booking: We can assist you by booking a delivery service (e.g., Porter) on your behalf, or you can book one yourself. All shipping charges are paid cash-on-delivery directly to the courier boy/driveras per Quantity, Weight, Size & Distance. Welcona does not collect, calculate, or assume liability for third-party shipping charges or delays.
⚠️ REQUIRED: A dedicated checkbox is enforced at checkout confirming you have initiated contact with us on WhatsApp (9625711655) and have clear alignment regarding your pickup/shipping method prior to completing payment.
4Product Warranty
Warranty duration varies by product — up to 10 years depending on the product type. Please check the individual product page for specific warranty details.
5Support & Helpline
Our helpline is available from 9 AM to 7 PM. We are also available at all times on WhatsApp and phone call for any doubts, or you can email us.
